- All product deliveries will be done after 4 pm .
- The items ordered post 2 pm will be delivered the next day at the earliest. However, the delivery time can vary for design/theme cakes.
- Delivery charges apply for a specific distance from the delivery center. Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount; a minimum delivery fee is applicable if the order value is less.
- Orders will be accepted only when the order value is above Rs 500.
- We reserve the right to charge additional cost for delivery if the address is changed post the order is placed.
- We also reserve the right to cancel your order if your contact information is unreachable.
- Returns/replacements can be done if you are unhappy with the purchase due to delivery/quality issues. While we strive to deliver within the slot mentioned, delays may occur due to external factors, including weather and traffic.
- We will not process a cancellation/refund unless the delay is inordinate. We request to check the cake upon delivery and return it immediately for any damages.
- Any damage concerns post-delivery will not be accepted as we cannot conclude where the error occurred, including handling and storage.
