All product deliveries will be done after 4 pm .
The items ordered post 2 pm will be delivered the next day at the earliest. However, the delivery time can vary for design/theme cakes.
Delivery charges apply for a specific distance from the delivery center. Delivery is free for orders above a certain amount; a minimum delivery fee is applicable if the order value is less.
Orders will be accepted only when the order value is above Rs 500.
We reserve the right to charge additional cost for delivery if the address is changed post the order is placed.
We also reserve the right to cancel your order if your contact information is unreachable.

Returns/replacements can be done if you are unhappy with the purchase due to delivery/quality issues. While we strive to deliver within the slot mentioned, delays may occur due to external factors, including weather and traffic.
We will not process a cancellation/refund unless the delay is inordinate. We request to check the cake upon delivery and return it immediately for any damages.
Any damage concerns post-delivery will not be accepted as we cannot conclude where the error occurred, including handling and storage.
